That address is the support channel for this site. Forwarding into the founder’s inbox is a DNS step, documented in the README, using Cloudflare Email Routing to an AgentMail destination. Until that forward is in place, the address is still the one to use — do not send clips to a random form on another domain.

The editor does not upload your video. If an export fails, the useful report is the browser name and version, the template, how many clips, the file types, and the sentence the editor showed. A screen recording of the preview is enough. Please do not mail the original footage unless we ask.
